Boredom is the state of mind . Intelligent people get bored
for doing same thing over. Main reason of boredom is repetitions. Those who are
sharp, focused, dynamic individuals will always get bored due to repetitions. Dull person doesn’t get bored because he is not intelligent enough to think
over it. Buffalo's never get bored for doing same thing again and again
.Intelligent person wants everything quick so he get bored and can’t tolerate
the repetitions.
When you get bored nothing appeals to you .Boredom will get
you into the inertia .Your energy get drained that will make you frustrated , angry
,irritated. You don’t like someone’s company while you are bored. You are too
much in the head than the heart .You need to bridge the connection between
heart and head.
Your intellect reject the repetitions, but your heart loves it.
We brush our teeth daily but don’t get bored , even though brushing teeth is so
boring and repetitive but you have accepted it as part of life. We watch same
type of news daily, we drink same tea everyday but we don’t get bored of it .Once
your heart affect it as an integral part of life we do that activity without
getting bored .
Music can’t happen without repetitions .You start liking the
music after listening many times. We never get bored of prayer ,listening to
music ,chanting god name .Once you accept it by heart then you start developing
interest and you accept it as a part of life .Heart doesn't remember the memories so it likes repetitions. Things start going so easy that
we don’t even think like getting bored due to repetitions.

Embrace the boredom
There is no end to boredom if you think about the repetitive
things. Repetition is the part of life as you can’t get mastery of something
without repetitions. You have to accept repetitions with grace. Once you made
your mind then nothing makes you bored.
When we accept the things as they are, then disliking changes to the liking .Embracing the boredom means aspect by heart that you are going to get bored many times in life.
Whenever you face boredom immediately
change your activity or change the thoughts in mind by diverting them to some
interesting activities.
Meditation to bridge the gap
When we establish the bridge between your head and the heart
then same activity will change to liking .Meditation helps you to bridge the
gap between mind thoughts and heart. Once you accept repetitive activity as an
integral part then your boredom or dislikes get reduced.

.Meditate when you feel bored so that thoughts at that moment ,get reduced and
you will feel more relaxed and mindful. Meditation makes you aware about your
thoughts and guides you to the truth of life.
Love loves the repetitions
When you present gift
to your loved one , they you keep repetition words “I love you” so many times
in writing. So when you keep on telling your lover that you love many times
then they love that repetition. When your heart listens it many time and accept
it as a necessary element in expressing love then you love the repetitions.
Boredom happens only when you make a mindset that this thing is not appealing or interesting to do .But your mindset is biased as per situations .Let your heart accept it is part of life then you start loving it with least resistance.
Self-discipline sometimes is necessary to get over the
boredom ,once you get habitual of things then your heart accept it a duty or
activity towards your end goal .
Listen to your favorite music
Music has the power to make you feel happy and relaxed .When
you feel much bored then simply you can get immersed in the music of your
interest .While listening to music we generally pay total attention to it ,
diverting attention reduces the thoughts of boredom .
Listening music will rejuvenate your feelings and you mood
changes to happiness. Music has that potential
to heal your stress and make you feel relaxed by the releasing endorphins in
your body .Those moments with music will make your mind calm and peaceful .
Take a walk in nature
Nature has a healing power .When you spend time with nature
you will realize that you live present moments. Simply observing nature will
create a joyful moments and you will start feeling happy .If you spending time
in nature but thinking of something else then that will not help to heal your
mood .
Nature teaches a lot to live in present moment and enjoy the present. When you talk a walk in garden then you observe nature closely so your mood changes to happy feelings. Spending few hours will help to get out of the mood of boredom.
Spend time with your friends
When nothing appeals you due to boredom then you need to
change your mood. Once your mood get refreshed you no more feel like bored.
When your mind get diverted you lose focus on boredom feelings and you will
start feeling refreshed.
Spending quality time with friends is the best way .No one gets bored while talking with the friends .Every body likes to gossip with best friends .You will not be aware that how time had passed so quickly while spending time with friends. Boredom will get replaced with thoughts of happy moments and enthusiasm .
Recreation with your hobbies
It is necessary that you should have at least one hobby in
your life .When we get bored to the extreme then you can explore your that
hobby .Those who don’t have any hobby they mostly find it difficult to get over
the boredom as nothing appeals them .
Hobby is something you like from bottom of the heart it clearly says the you like it’s repetitions all the time. When we get immersed in our hobby we mostly don’t look at the watch .Hobby is the best way to recreation and getting rid of the boredom.
Recite your beautiful old memories
When you are bored then you can change you mood by reminding
the beautiful memories of pasts. When we go through the old pictures or videos
then you recall entire scenarios behind that moment. Simply reciting the past
happy moments you will start feeling good .
Simply imagination of spent happy moments will bring the
happiness .We always like to relive the happy moments and we are always excited
to listen or remind those beautiful moments all the time .It’s a one way to
create the happy memories by thinking positive thoughts .

Boredom is the normal human tendency so don’t feel like
something wrong going with you. Every intelligent being gets bored so learn to
embrace the boredom more creative ways. Some you accept the repetitive tasks as
a part of life then you will not get bored with doing same thing again and
again .Your heart needs to accept that repetitions as normal way of life .
Beside that you can diver your attention from thoughts of
boredom by doing some interesting or creative activities or your likings cultivating
