Our lifestyle and thought process has been giving too much emphasis on adopting life of rush and competitions. Living a life is very simple but we have made it more complicated with our success philosophy .

1) Don't hurry or rush 

Everyone now a day is busy , running behind delusional life goals . Always rushing for work causes stressful situations in life .

Just Relax!! Relax !! .. you are not going to get better result only by doing it in hurry . Today's lifestyle has made us to be a part of rat race .

Just build  the habit to do all task with peace & calmness . Being peaceful will give you ways to deal with all situations with tranquility .

2) Don't have too much of expectations /comparisons 

We have set too much unnecessary expectations in our life , so we have to strive hard to achieve them. Don't get trapped by unrealistic demands of contemporary lifestyle , that will only cause you to run behind mirage .

We get stressed by comparisons with our nearby people . Everyone has their own way of living life ,so don't try to compare others lifestyle . Be the original one . 

Decide your own priorities in life . Never ever get dominated by the opinions of others .They have their point of views as per their life experiences and resolves .

3) Relish yourself  from burden of social status  

Social media has major influence in our life . Everyone is trying hard to prove themselves smarter than others. This social influence causing too much of unnecessary stress among youngsters .

Be wise enough & be realistic towards social media influences . Don't get stressed for social status , have other life priorities in first place . 

You have your choice to choose your information source. Don't get too much overwhelmed by comparing others success or fame . Everyone have their own timeline to get results .

4) Avoid resistance to flow of life 

Life will always go as it designed for us . We don't accept whatever coming in our life.Life always throws challenges to test us and to give more life experiences .

Accept with grace whatever comes in life.We always want things to happen as per our planning. when things go against us we start feeling stressed .

Life is a journey with full of experiences and revelations. So going with flow will make your journey smooth and lot of meaningful learning.

5) Be patient for desired output or success

Everyone want to become rich or successful quickly . Good things always take time . You can't achieve success overnight or there is no shortcut for success . 

Give your best efforts and leave outcome up to the supreme one. Have patience for desired results , we are getting too much stressed if we do not get desired output .
 

6) Lack of social life & relationships 

Changed lifestyle and leaving alone away from family members is the major cause of depression. As we don't anyone to share our tension we keep on thinking negatively alone .

Having good friend circle and sharing your worries with them keep us less stressed . Also frequent outings with friends keep us active & reduces boredom of daily schedules .

Having good friends in life means you are surrounded by positive peoples . Their positive thoughts will make your life positive .Friends are medium to share happiness and joy of life . 

7) Lack of purpose or goal 

Without having purpose or defined goal in our life , we tend to divert towards distractions . Having firm purpose in life gives sense of fulfillment and direction to life .

Goal oriented persons never ever change their path due to temporary obstacles in path . So they don't feed their mind for future worries & stress . Simply they believe in efforts & journey towards goals.

Having goal will give you sense of direction in life . Sticking to our goal and advancing with challenges is a happening journey . Without priority you will keep on wandering towards unwanted . 
   

8) Simplicity in lifestyle 

Live a simple life , that will solve your most of the problems . Living life for only having too many things in our home doesn't satisfy you .

Living  simple life don't ask you to have too much unnecessary desires . Live quality life with more knowledge and wisdom than too many  materialistic desires . 

Our lifestyle decisions should be taken based on ease of living . If you can't manage to some lifestyle then don't force to match with high class society .

Be with a flow of life , don't offer resistance to life . Too much of unrealistic expectations & comparison with others causing us to rush for success or more desires .
