We take too much of stress for problems in our life which are beyond our influence of control. Have that maturity to understand, that you can not do anything for such no-control problems. Resisting those moments will make your problem solving capability obscured. Don't try to fight against those problems which you can't do anything about it.
Only we can pray to supreme power for his blessings & to give strength to have patience till it manifest. It is always better option to surrender to supreme one and you become tension free. Surrendering doesn't mean act of giving up but leaving the situation to happen the way it want. Having faith into something which is more powerful than us will guide you to solve the problems.
Power of prayer has a very powerful impact on your positive thinking. Once you start daily praying for positivity in life you will see the same manifesting in your life. Those who pray daily their perspective towards life changes to positive. They can find solace by having hope and positive thinking throughout the day.
4) Accept imperfection of life
Accept that in life there are so many imperfections , which we can not fix on our own . Accept what ever comes to our life, try to make best out of life is the right attitude towards life advancement. Finding faults in others and always complaining about them will only make you more unhappy and expectations from them will make you feel irritated.
