Work is a major part of our life, we have given this life to make contribution in this world by work. No one is escaped from work, so do not try to escape or run away from work or life problems.
Those who don't want to perform there duty, they always find their work more boring or dull. Having the sense of responsibility and duty towards work will make you more sensitive towards work.
Once you accept responsibility of work, you will start to like performing your duties. Once you start liking your work, you will do it enthusiastically. You really need to change the mindset which is not allowing you to perform the duty with grace and dedications.
People create drama at work to overcome their insecurity of not being valuable or appreciated.
There is need to bring change in perspective towards work, with new perspective you will start devoting your life for betterment of work. Always try to give your best shot at work. Work as a worship will only be realized once you make it as a divine activity. Sense of duty towards betterment of life is important ingredient.

Most of the people expect the reward first and duty later. Such people always try to get success by shortcut techniques. Always do more than what you paid, that will create your better image in management. Success will be followed by dedicated efforts towards work.

Ways to make you like your work or job
1) Count your blessings
We have got habit to always find faults. Rather than appreciating whatever we have got , we keep on focusing short comes at work. People always look for faults or short comes of others. They try to get pleasure out of it by complaining or criticizing.
There is no way to like the job if you can't change your mindset of complaining to contentment. Always cultivate the habit of counting the blessings and focus on the good things you are availing from current work.
" Life gives nothing without work"
Always count blessings for having job, where as there are some people who are trying hard to get the same job you are at. Gratitude towards whatever we have gives more motivation to do work with interest. Remind yourself without job or struggling times to get job.
2) Bring purpose to work
Main reason we get fatigue at work is not the physical but it's mental fatigue. When we do our work without having any interest then it will create mentally retarding feelings. When we sustain such mental work stress then it will eventually get converted into physically illness or health issues.
Always try to bring purpose into whatever you do. Once you find meaning doing work , you will change your attitude towards work. Bringing purpose will add more values to your work. Purpose driven activities makes you feel happy.
3) Make job interesting or challenging
Make your job more interesting by bringing change in methods or challenge yourself with higher performance goals to achieve. Challenging work bring enthusiasm into your work & throws at you better challenges to achieve higher milestones.
Making job more thrilling will create sense of belonging to get involve into work. Taking responsibility to achieve better results or proof yourself or your potentials will make job more happening.
4) Change perspective towards work

Due to fixed mindset of limited approach towards work, we try to run away from work problems, which creates low interest or wrong perspective towards work. Carrying the typical attitude towards work will pave way for more arguments and dislikes at workplace.
Work as worship makes your work meaningful. Once you change attitude towards work, you will tackle problems with courage. Simply fixed mindset towards work will not allow you to take more challenging tasks and grow in career.
5) Be Proactive - problem solving
Proactive approach towards job will make you get involved more at work, you become creative at solving problem well in advance. Running away from problems at work doesn't guarantee that problem will not turn back again.
Always remember there is always way, we need to have right attitude and approach towards solving problem. Don't make your job more hectic by fixed mindset. Instead of excuses at work, try to make it more creative workplace with problem solving capabilities.
6) Avoid work spoilers & Build better relations at work
Don't get associated with negative people, they always keep on criticizing management for every decision. These people create negative image towards company & job profile. Once you are in touch with these type of people, your perspective towards company changes to negativity. So always maintain safe distance from such spoilers.
Persuade manager by giving importance & appreciate them, try to understand their point of view. Use techniques to influence manager and colleagues, so that work will be easy & smooth. Once you find work environment more friendly, you will like to spend quality time in office space.
