How to live always Happy life


What is happiness ? How to live a happy life ?

 "Happiness is the State of Mind "

What do we mean by happiness ? we are always in search of happiness but unless and until we define it correctly we wouldn't be able to have it in our life.

We always try to contemplate happiness in object means, whenever I will have that object (dream home, car, job, money ) then only I will be happy but it doesn't happen that way.  As soon as we achieve that goal we will get happy for a moment but after few days we again start feeling like void in our life.

Basically the myth of happiness that I will be happy after having this & that is not a valid means for happiness. We need to understand that real sense of happiness we could achieve through our pure consciousness & awareness about happiness.

The happiest man is he who constantly brings forth and practices what is best in him. Happiness is in your thoughts and feelings. Happiness is the harvest of a quiet mind. You have freedom to choose happiness.

Happiness is basically feeling Good emotionally at that point of time in life, whenever we feel bad emotionally we generally have thoughts of not feeling happy. 

Whenever we feel excited about anything we feel happy, to remain always happy keep your excitement alive in life. Whenever you do things which makes you excited will make you happy at that moment in life.

Living in present moments is the best way to be always happy. When we concentrate on present activity whole heartily then we get sense of fulfillment, provided that you should like doing whatever you do.

Living in present moments makes you happy as we don't have thoughts of past or future worries which will make you live present moment happily.

Peace of mind is more important to keep you happy, so always try to make your mind peaceful through chanting or devotion to GOD (spirituality) or keep it busy doing something productive activity. 

Appreciate life's each and every moment for a minute things which makes you happy. 

Have attitude of gratitude towards life. We are so conditioned by our mind that we have almost forgot to appreciate small moments in our life which has created never ending desires for materialistic things to be happy in life.

Simple act of helping, serving, loving, giving & cute  smile to stranger will also contribute for fleeting moments of  happiness and joy.

Very well said Ravi. It's all about mindset towards happiness ..

Happiness is the journey not the destination..

We used to tend for Materialistic happiness which is momentary .
